A website isn’t finished the day it launches. I take care of edits, backups and updates, and send you a regular report where the numbers are actually readable. I also design annual reports and presentations.

The site launched and nobody has looked at it since. Text goes stale, nobody knows if it works, and the numbers aren’t collected anywhere.

At the start we go through what the site needs and agree on the scope of care. I usually handle small edits within two working days and send you a short overview each month. From you I need access to the site and one person who requests the changes.
