How Tukast handles personal data: what, why, for how long and what rights you have.
Who processes your data

What data and why
If you write to me through the form or by email, I process your name, email and the content of your message. I use it only to reply and, if needed, prepare a quote. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
The form on this site does not send data to a server. It opens your email app with a prepared message, and the data reaches me only when you send it yourself.
The site uses no analytics or advertising tools on your device and does not track you across websites. I monitor search performance through Google Search Console, which works with Google’s search data and not with data from this site.
How long I keep it
I keep correspondence for the duration of the discussion and then for at most 3 years after the last contact, so I can answer follow-up questions. If we work together, I keep records for as long as the law requires.
Who receives it
I do not sell or pass your data to third parties for their own purposes. Email and hosting providers (Vercel Inc., USA) process data on my behalf. Hosting normally records your IP address and visit time in technical logs. Transfers outside the EU rely on standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Fonts and scripts are served from this site itself, so your browser does not contact Google or other third parties for them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. Just write to ahoj@tukast.cz.
If you believe I handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
Changes
I may update this policy, for example when I add a new tool to the site. The current version is always on this page.
